Use of Service

  • Rental Agreement: You must follow charged.plus's rental process, including payment and proper use of the equipment.

  • Prohibited Uses:

    • General Misuse: You may not use the powerbanks for any illegal activities or in any manner that violates this agreement.

    • Physical Damage: Do not expose powerbanks to fire, submerge them in water, or use them in any other unsafe conditions.

    • Incompatible Devices: Only connect powerbanks to devices that comply with standard charging specifications. Connecting powerbanks to incompatible devices may result in damage to both the device and the powerbank.

  • Functional Issues:

    • Grace Period: If a powerbank is found to be dysfunctional upon initial use, you have 5 minutes to return it to the station and swap it for another without any charge. This grace period is intended to ensure that all rentals meet our quality standards and function correctly.

Fees and Payments

  • Charges: Rental fees apply for using our services. The specific pricing details will be displayed on the kiosk at the time of rental.

  • Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for each rental. The deposit amount will be displayed on the kiosk and refunded within the standard timeframe (typically 5-7 business days), provided the equipment is returned undamaged.

Liability Limitations

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify charged.plus against any claims arising from your use of our services.

  • Limitations of Liability: charged.plus is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our service.
